What is exciting or interesting to you about your photo(s)? my grandson just completed his first year in tee ball at the ripe young age of 4. I had so much fun (and a bit of anxiety) photographing his team on trophy day. Wanted to do a nice job since it was at the request of my son to get some team photos. Pretty happy with most of them, thanks to much of what I learned in this class. Practice makes perfect- and I hope to do a lot more practicing over the summer months.

played with shutter speed- wanted to convey the motion of the bat and ball (this was the first game where coach pitched to them) while trying to keep my grandson in sharp focus. Comments/criticisms??

pretty happy with this one (catch lights!) but welcome critiques!

it was now the "heat of the day" and very sunny. Couldn't get him to move off to the shade as the next game was headed to the field. Used appeture priority here to lessen the background spectators, but at lowest ISO (100) it is still pretty bright. But it sure does capture his excitement :-) Once again any comments are welcome.

You caught some great moments! I especially love the first picture of your grandson sitting on the bench, you can really feel how pleased he is to be on the team.

thank you for the nice comment, Kootenay Quilter. My grandson loved playing ball this year and I'm glad his excitement showed in my photos.
