Learn It

This project was made as part of a Craftsy course:
Crochet Lab: Basic Techniques & Patterns »

Instructions

I made two crochet "buttons," for this from info found online (though mine didn't come out as nice as they could have been). There are two, one near the top for adding a Kindle Fire in an upright position; the second, on the other side, so the Kindle can be added sideways and the bag can be closed to look somewhat like a clutch.

Difficulty:

Category: Crocheting

Type of item: Accessory

For: Unisex

Style: Casual, Cute

Materials

Red Heart Super Saver acrylic yarn; this is buff and a light pink (not sure of exact name)

What was your inspiration?

Truly, the course was the inspiration (and Vickie Howell, of course). It was a great idea, in my opinion. I used the two yarns together, which is why I didn't add the extra embellishment.

What are you most proud of?

That I was able to crochet something I can really use. :)

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Have fun, don't worry about perfection. Just being able to say you actually made the object gives you a nice feeling.
