No one can believe that I made the dress because it doesn't look "homemade". What an awesome compliment!

It is lovely--such a great colour! I have a basic sewing machine with a couple of stretch stitches. Did you use a slight zigzag?

Yes, I followed Meg's suggestion for stitch length and width - and it worked with my fabric too. I only used three stitches - basic zigzag, 3 pt zigzag (for the tricot stitch, not sure if those are the same thing), and I have the triple stretch st.
