Materials
Each pendant is created using a scrabble tiles, about .75 inch square. Images are created using ink-jet printer and paper, or scrapbooking paper. After the edges have been sealed, the pendant is top-finished with a non-toxic glass-like resin.
What was your inspiration?
My husband and a lot of my friends are teachers, but my biggest inspiration was that my daughter started preschool, and I wanted to make something special for her to give her teacher on the very first day. This wasn't the exact pendant she gave her, but it was from the same set of images.
