Thank you for your comment and interest in my cards. They tea bag folded medallions are on top of circles I punched around the edges of. I believe they are Fiskars products designed to do cirle edges. You can also use your Cricut machine to cut out the shapes.

I was planning to use my Cricut to make the card since I have the Elegant Edges cartridge. Thank you for answering my question.

Are these small teabag medallions placed on die cut medalions? I really like the effect. Will probably copy your idea on my own cards. They are beautiful.

Thank you for your interest. Yes the tea bag medallions are placed on top of die cut circles with various borders. My Cricut machine comes in very handy when it is time to cut out those shapes. Experiment with other embellishments like quilling strips , ribbons, and borders cut from other kinds of paper. You will be pleased witht he results!
