For: Women

Materials

Lizbeth thread, hand dyed, plus some older Flora thread, all size 20. Size 8/0 seed beads. Hair clip, nylon net, and artificial leaves.

What was your inspiration?

Pansy flowers, and the beautiful vintage pattern.

What are you most proud of?

I like how the colors turned out.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

The pattern is not that hard for someone who can tat rings, chains, picots, and lock joins, but is sort of "fiddly" getting all the joins in the middle. I would suggest making the picots of the center ring a little larger because there will be many joins into each picot of the center ring.
