This is the beginning project for the Shuttle Tatting course. It is a fantastic course. I couldn't connect rings or make picots work but since I started this course, my tatting is really coming together. I highly recommend this course and its' instructor.Difficulty:

Materials
A tatting shuttle and size 3 and size 10 thread in pink, blue and green.
What was your inspiration?
The design was inspired by the colors that I used and the class project instructions for the first class.
What are you most proud of?
That I have been able to make picots and connect rings and it continues to slide so I can finish the piece.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Just have fun. Practice and if you end up with a knot like I do and it doesn't move, do what the instructor shows and pick the knot.
