Info can be found at:

Eternal Rose Cross »

Instructions

The rose is all tatted rings and is made first, then the cross is joined while in progress to the back of the rose.

Difficulty:

Category: Other

Type of item: Accessory

For: Women

Style: Retro / Vintage, Goth, Victorian / Steampunk, Religious, Classic, Formal / Bridal, Traditional

Materials

Lizbeth crochet cotton thread size 20 in fudge brown, plus my own hand dyed thread

What was your inspiration?

The memory of loved ones who have passed on.

What are you most proud of?

It's pretty and has a symbolic meaning as well.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Tatting skills needed are rings, chains, joins, and lock joins. It's a little fiddly making the 3-D rose the first time, but is not really that hard of a tatting project.
