I bought this Taos BOM from Keepsake Quilting - its been a disaster project from the get go - monthly installments not arriving on time - wrong fabrics and now to top it all off on Month 8 the package contains *correction* fabrics for months 4 and 6 - unfortunately those months have long ago been stitched and the project put together as instructed in month 5. Trying to contact Keepsake Quilting has been fruitless as they refuse to respond to email contact at any of their email addresses. This was to be a gift but now Im left with a mismatched mess of very expensive fabrics ........ over $300.00 in fabric and special ruler costs alone never mind the time and effort Ive put into this. Im very disappointed and upset.

oh no!!! That's a terrible horror story. I personally didn't like the color choices in the Keepsake kit...nevermind it was so pricey, so I just bought the pattern online and got my own fabrics. I have about $430 into this including the longarm quilting. Not a cheap project by any means. I'm sorry you are having all that trouble w/ keepsake quilting :(

I really like your quilt. Where can you find the pattern? Paula in Ark

You can get this pattern online from different quilt shops by doing a search. Many places are selling it as a BOM (quite pricey), but I just bought the pattern and my own fabric. I got mine from a quilt shop online called Gruber's, but you can get it from many shops. The pattern alone costs $30.

Wow, that looks fabulous. Good job. Your helper looks like he was good at keeping it safe when you were not working on it.

Thanks :) My helper seems harmless, except when he's taking pins out of my pincushion or knocking things off my cutting table ;) Oh, and I have 3 helpers, so multiply the mayhem x3!

Love your quilt it turned out great, a piece of art you should be very proud of. It looks like a queensize are you having it quilted by someone or are you going to tackle it on your machine yourself?
