What was your inspiration?

My son who was heavily into warhammer. The previous year i made an ultramarine head. This was a tank with all the detail, it took an awful long time to create.

What are you most proud of?

I like the overall effect and the touches like the mud on the tracks etc. the little handmade skulls and spears.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

I would not do this as a first project! I used my son's tank...observe, look and create. look at the detail in whatever project you create.
I tell my daughter you have to really look, notice the little things...these are what gives it the effect and final touches.
Give yourself plenty of time when creating any project...time pressure creates its own problems so plan ahead.
