Tanglewood Cable Mitts

Learn It

This project was made as part of a Craftsy course:
Mittens and Gloves Galore »

Instructions

I made these a little bit longer so I fold the top down and have a cuff. I liked this yarn because it holds it's stitch shape and makes it easier to do cables without a cable needle. It does twist though and I was constantly untwisting it as I knit

Difficulty:

Category: Knitting

Type of item: Accessory

For: Women

Style: Outdoorsy, Cute, Casual

Materials

Rowan Tweed yarn, 2 size 5 circular needles

These are *exactly* what I have in mind, Did you find that after this class, you were more able to work with FINGERS ( dpn's intimidate me)!? I am just learning now how to us the dpn's and they are fairly daunting, though I have made it work OK. Would this be a good class to take for using dpn's better? Thanks so for the photos. These warmers are beautiful! ~JDM
