What advice would you give someone starting this project? Nobody will look at your quilt and say, "that's pretty awful." Just start sewing and enjoy the process!

WOW No One could remain cold under that Quilt!!! :-) :-) Might I make 1 suggestion? If it were me, I think I would remove the sky blue strips from the one block in the corner and replace them with something not so bright. It seems to 'capture' the eye, and you don't get to 'enjoy' the beauty of the other blocks. But then again, I may be off base, Just a thought. . . :-)

Interesting...I have the same print in red, and I have been thinking of changing it out. I'm going to postpone deciding until I settle on a setting, though,

So different. I love the butterfly and the star block on the left side in particular. I think you showed a lot of imagination and I admire that!
