The feel of this quilt has an ancient cave look--I was lucky to find such great fabric.

When i got the idea to make this quilt I looked everywhere for the images. I even called the local vet only to be treated as if I were a bit whacky by his secretary. Finally I found a book called North American Mammals that had lovely drawings that I was able to tweak into embroidery images.

No, I digitized and embroidered them. They are anatomically correct. My grandson is very picky.

This is a wonderful quilt. Very imaginative! Where did you find the skeletal images?
