Can you please share the recipe of you chocolate ganache for he cupcakes as pleasee

sure thing: the ratio for white chocolate or milk chocolate is 3:1 .... 3 parts of chocolate, 1 part whipping cream.

I buy chocolate chips or waffers. If the chocolate comes in big chunks just chop it. Bring the whipping cream to a boil and pour over the chocolate. Let it sit for a few minutes for the chocolate to warm up and then stir until melted. Let cool at room temperature. The ganache will harden as it cools. Store in the refrigerator. If the ganache is too solid soften in microwave just a few seconds until desired consistency. I meassure the chocolate and cream by weight. So for 3 pounds of chocolate use 1 pound of whipping cream.
