What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Make the tassels first if you are trying to using up all your yarn. It's great for using up that almost full skein of sock yarn. I added a third tassel and beads at the ends of the I-cords. The tassels can be a bit fiddly but they really add a nice accent to the shawl.
