Nice first try on those. When I made these the first time I didn't make the flap large enough and they unraveled, giving me a stand-up handle. LOL. You did a nice job on this.

Yes, but the practice is all part of the fun. In home bread baking, eating the 'mistakes' is not exactly a 'bad thing'. :)
