What materials did you use? T-Shirts of varying sizes with logos, complimentary and contrasting fabric with small designs and made of 100% cotton, medium weight fusible interfacing, hi-loft batting, cuddle fabric for the backing and decorative buttons with designs and sayings.

What are you most proud of? The fact that it came out looking reasonably nice. It was scary for a while, because I kept stressing myself over the size of the shirts and how best to showcase them without making it seems too busy or garish.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Think very carefully about what materials you're going to use as contrast. I spent too much time trying to figure out my material and in the end wound up ripping out what I had done and had to start all over again.

I have a daughter who is a sorority girl and will be graduating in May. She is dying to have me make her a tee shirt quilt but I was very skeptical about a good outcome. I have saved your project as my inspiration and am now feeling better about cutting into her beloved Greek letter tee shirts. Thank you for posting this project! It is wonderful.
