So pretty!I love this shawl! Did you make the ruffles as the pattern said? They seem fuller than on the original.

I ended up (inadvertently) doing an extra increase in the second tier. I decided to keep it in as I liked the full ruffles. The last picot bind off was a bit of a marathon though .. :-)
