Instructions

My son fell in love with the colors of this yarn. It seemed like a really good idea to knit a light weight sweater for him as he never leaves them on!
As this sweater is knit at a looser gauge than normal for sock yarn it give a lovely stretchy light material and he loves the sweater.

Category: Knitting

Type of item: Clothing

For: Boys

Style: Cute, Casual

Babylongs legs sock yarn. 3.75mm needles

I see that the shaping design allows for his charmed growth. The repetition is indeed convincing that short rows can be mastered before he heads to school. I will check the commitment again.before I sign. Project looks perfect. for my grandson.

hi carol, I was just wondering, this seems like a top down sweater, knitted in the round. is that so, or would I be able to transfer it to a top down in the round? I have similar yarn in similar green and ice blue for my kids, but I kinda hate knitting separate bits of sweater, so i'm a big top down in the round fan :) thanks.

Yes, it is top down in the round, a great way to use up sock yarn as well. It helps that it'll be machine washable. I'm a big fan of seamless as well :)
