Make sure to keep the plastic elastic in each stitch. I had issues with my serger needle missing the elastic at times. Next time, I'll practice more on a sample, and make sure I have the right serger foot or use a zig zag stitch instead.Difficulty:

What was your inspiration?
It was for a friend's birthday gift. I wanted to surprise her.
What are you most proud of?
That I've made something again with knit fabrics. When I went to apparel design school, the classes mostly emphasized working with wovens. I'm so glad to be working with knits again.

Envision yourself finishing the project and the steps to get you there!
