What materials did you use? Michael Miller prints with kona snow background.

What are you most proud of? I love the scrappy sawtooth border form the extra pieces from cutting the blocks. I used up every but of the fat quarter bundle on this one including the back. The quilting is the super part. I used Angela Walters dot to dot quilting on the triangle sections and fun swirls for the background filler.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? My points are not perfect (to say the least) :) it doesn't bother me at all, I'm more of a quilter than a piecer anyway. If you need to have those perfect points make sure you slow down and keep your seams accurate.

Makes me want to do the swoon block. Too many other things on the go at the moment. Love the colours.
