What materials did you use? batik

What advice would you give someone starting this project? It's not advice per se, but there was no way I was going to paper piece 3/4" blocks, so I put them on a fusible sheet and ironed them on. A whole lot easier on one's old arthritic hands.

Thank you so much.

Good idea to 'fuse them (I can't bring myself to hand-sew - just too slow). Did you keep the raw edged out or did you turn them under (can't quite see from the pic)? Lovely layout and fabric by the way - looks so 'radiant'.

It's batik, so the raw edge isn't very raw. I left it flat.

Love your fresh use of batiks in these blocks.
