What is exciting or interesting to you about your photo(s)? (1) A very cool but short lived sky. (2) Blue hour effects in lieu of sun,

Can you tell us about any special equipment or techniques that you used? For the sunset I was limited to the camera I had in my pocket, so I was limited to shooting at f/11 due to the limitations of the device. For the blue hour shot I used my full frame DSLR with a 50mm f/1.8 lens attached. A tripod and long exposure were also employed.

The sky at Charlotte-Douglass Airport just developed in a heartbeat. This shot was an exercise in speed and "making nice" with the airline gate agents just to snap a few frames from behind the lines.
