What are you most proud of? A lot of times when you try to mix too many colors you end up with a muddy looking yarn. That's why I tend to stay to mixing 2 to 3 colors at most, but I really wanted to experiment with this and try to come up with something more unique. I really like the way the colors blended and I feel less intimidated about mixing certain colors now.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Be patient and write down your measurements as best as you can.

Lovely! I've just started dyeing my own yarn with much success! Question.....do you happen to know how to dye and get long runs in the yarn? I love the rainbow yarns with long runs, but would like to choose my own colorway! Thanks for your time. p.s. I have your Doily Rug Pattern...trouble is, finding the time! Best, Sheila
