What are you most proud of? The photo isn't the greatest but I love how well it came off. I planned to give this to my sis in law or my granddaughter but my husband said this is my best work yet. Notice I said yet, as I hope I will continue to succeed in his eyes.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Just have fun with it. Create or copy a design you like. I found fabric from Blank Textile, RaNae Merrill that was from her Radiance Collection. The yellow slowly became orange that I used for the sunflowers. The green leaves also from her collection had light to dark green in the panel. Of course, this great fabric was discontinued quite a while ago. I cut out each flower and leaf which I had Ironed on fusing. Then fused to the blue and black background.. Finally, outline each petal and leaf individually with a narrow satin stitch. It takes a long time but it is worth the effort.
