1930's reproduction fabric, small homemade yoyos's for "flowers" the boy and girls are holding

What was your inspiration?

I've always wanted to work with 30's reproduction fabric, and this pattern gave me a good opportunity.

What are you most proud of?

I'm most proud of my creative touch with the "yo-yo flowers" For just about each girl and boy, either he is giving or she is receiving a flower.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Just have fun and always let your creative side shine!!!!!!

This is wonderful, Sue and Sam are favorites of mine, too. These colors look lovely together and the flowers are so sweet and reminiscent of little children's gift giving. You should be so pleased with yourself! Thanks so much for sharing your picture.

Sue and Sam are my favorite patterns. I made "Sam" quilts for my 2grandsons and a "Sue" for my granddaughter. You did a lovely job.
