What materials did you use? Stretch cotton, thread, Simplicity 2404

What are you most proud of? I made a dress! And it fits. Great pattern it has 3 styles, different necklines, with or without sleeves, empire waisted, and it has A to D cup sizing!!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Easy patter with nice style lines, stretch cotton means no zip, easy to wear and sew dress.

Hello, have you thought of looking up American Sewing Guild in your area. In our guild we have a Couture Sewing Group, and when we need a fitting we call someone to help. Everyone is so willing because each time we fit someone else we learn from it. No imposition on anyone. ASG.org
