What was your inspiration?
Real life rose flowers and the book Sugar Roses (by Tombi Peck, Tony Warren and Alan Dunn, this is truly a great book and I totally recommend it), plus Jacqueline Butlers class.
What are you most proud of?
The look and the fact that I getting better at veining the petals and shaping them, I am still striving to perfect this.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Get really good petal cutters and allow the centre cone bud to thoroughly dry, allow at least a day or two. Practise, Practise and practise.
