Red velvet cake pops in red colored white chocolate, decorated with rolled buttercream rose petals and leaves and mixed with 4 gumpaste roses, all edible.
What was your inspiration?
I saw a bouquet in a magazine and I thought, " I would really want that if I could eat it!". A client wanted something special for Valentine's day and I thought of this. I wanted the cake pops to be hard to distinguish from the roses, there are only 4 roses and 8 cake pops.
What are you most proud of?
The arrangement and the way that the cake pops really blend into the bouquet.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
It takes longer than you think, so plan ahead:)
