What was your inspiration?
Maggie's amazing course.
Colours were inspired by The National Ballet's costumes for the sugarplam fairy - muted greens and pinks.
What are you most proud of?
This started out as a 5 tiered cake, but I just didn't like the look of it - reminded me of my nan's divan that ran around her bed back in the 70s!!! Had the sense to change the direction and strip the cake back to one tier.
