I used Simplicity pattern 3786 for the top and the absolutely wonderful ideas of Carol Ann: thank you for teaching me what to do with the stitches from my machine!!

Thank you! I made the blouse aswell and used Simplicity pattern 3786. I used a cotton fabric and fusible interfacing on the stitching area.
