What advice would you give someone starting this project?
I started with a piece that is a bit small (Carol did recommend a fat quarter) but I had this fabric in my stash and it seemed just right for a background. The only oproblem is I think I am starting to overcrowd it a bit so this may not happen with a bigger piece of fabric.
