What materials did you use? Hawaiian prints

What are you most proud of? It actually came together pretty well. The white strips matched without a lot of problem.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Make sure the last strip is long enough to cover the entire triangle or you will either have to take it out or add a tiny tiny strip.

Hi, love this block and would suggest you label it quilting as we quilters dont see it in home decor and that is a shame.

WWell, I've not yet made the quilt, but I label it when I do. I've been too busy with my Etsy shop.

Thank you Mimi...I haven't yet had to time to make the quilt. I've been too busy with my Etsy shop. But, as soon as I get a break, I will complete it and label it as well. I love the look.

What is the name of your Etsy shop? I would love to check it out.

My Etsy shop is http://etsy.com/shop/sewmehawaii. I specialize in hula apparel as this is my passion, but I also have other things that I make from Hawaiian print fabrics. It's been fun. I never thought the hula skirts would have such a following! But, I guess when you are dancing in a halau on the Mainland and are away from the fabrics and people who know how to make them, I'm a good source. I'm new at quilting--taking this internet course has opened up a world of imagination,

I agree with Mimi - as I often do!!! Your work definitely needs to be in the quilting section, if not already done. All three of the blocks are wonderful. Fabrics are gorgeous. and good work too
