Oh! can't believe it! we've done twinsie naming! i' ve made a French style strawberry jam with a very secret ingredient for my clients here in San Francisco and Europe that i also call "Strawberry Fields" Isn't that a hoot? i make and sell micro batches that often are never made again, so i really have a great time naming them. one of my very favs last year was a blood orange and baby ginger marmalade. we called it, "gingee's a redhead" it's good to play with your food.
