What materials did you use? Batik cotton fabric, a small amount of acrylic artist inks in shimmering colors, a bleach pen, various threads, yarns, fibers, wire, and ribbon

What are you most proud of? I'm just proud of the fact that I didn't tear it up and throw it away thinking it wasn't good enough. It's crazy, and totally random but I'm happy and proud that I kept going even though my inner critic was screaming at me the whole time.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Just do it! Watch Carol Ann's video and just let yourself have fun with it!!

I don't think I'm quite finished with it yet. I would like to do some hand embroidery work on it yet and then perhaps attach it to a canvas to use as a wall hanging? I don't know for sure. I'm hoping the piece will speak to me at some point and tell me where it would like to be???

This is fabulous! I love your adding some mixed media into your work. And, I love that you are starting to hear your inner artist speak to you. Believe me, the more your create and let go, the more confident you will be. NICE JOB!
