cotton and cotton batiks, steam-a-seam 2 fusible web, Yli variegated thread

What was your inspiration?

Saw a wall hanging that had these lovely flowers from hand painted fabric, on an applique background. So I just adapted the flowers to the Stitch & Slash technique - et voila!
