What materials did you use? - 8mm Faceted Heart-Cut Gemstone (I used topaz) - 10mm Sterling Silver Open Heart Component from a toggle clasp - 8mm Sterling Silver Heart Shaped Backset Bezel with a top loop - 18 inches of 3 x 4mm heavy solid sterling silver rounded cable chain - 7mm sterling silver lobster clasp (blends invisibly with the links of this chain) - 2 or 3 (depending on whether your lobster clasp already has a jumpring attached) 4mm no solder jumprings (I buy them off Ebay and the sites that sell them always have instructions)

What are you most proud of? Being able to complete the necklace despite the bezel not fitting through the open heart and discovering that I could attach it after threading the chain through the heart. I also feel very crafty from deciding to use the lobster clasp when I couldn't fit it over my big head prior to cutting it.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Make sure to purchase materials so that all the pieces fit before assembly or else be sure to go in the order I suggest to avoid mixing up the chains and attaching things backwards or on the wrong sides of the chain pieces.
