What was your inspiration?
My two friends were getting married and they wanted a steampunk wedding cake. the bride and i got together and she told me the things she wanted and i made them and added little things that would tie it all together.
What are you most proud of?
They luved the cake... nothing made me happier than the fact that they both really liked it. and the wood grain was made just for the groom, as he is a woodworker and he thought it was awesome... that rocked my night
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
go with your gut, if its not exactly what was ordered, but it will make it that much better... do it... very rarely does anyone even say, ew thats not what i ordered! i have yet to have an unhappy customer on things i improved on
