What materials did you use? Various wools, acrylic blends, chose on color not on fiber. The warp was crazy fuzzy. This made it a little harder to beat. But the worst was going backwards to fix mistakes, the warp and weft would lock together. The mishmash of warp fiber also (I think) led to the handful of threads that seemed to be tensioned properly, until they weren't. Then I had to resort to various Rube Goldberg variations to keep the tension even (see pictures)

What are you most proud of? I finished in time! A gift for my mother in law. I was really happy with how the colors came together. Selvedges are getting better with each project too!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? I tried to choose stouter yarn for the selvedge and center for structure. It seemed to make up for some of the thinner fuzzier yarns. Also, fuzzy warp can work if you keep it tight, but you have to keep an eye on the shed. I had a handful of accidental floats because a fuzzy yarn held on to its neighbor.
