What materials did you use? A swirling colorful interpretation of Van Gogh's Starry Night for the 100% cotton Exterior Fabric, and Lime Green and Stars Lining. This Starry Night quilted egg shaped tote has a yellow zipper from ear to ear, and a handmade heart shaped zipper pull makes zipping fun, fun, fun. O'Rings take the stage--with perfect function for double carrying straps and extended diagonal front kangaroo pocket.

I just have to tell you more about the front pocket. In photo 3 you'll see I use the kangaroo pocket with extended pocket strap and O'ring tab to add amazing function to this tote--holding my Kindle Fire when I walk. I put the ear buds through the O'ring and pull up directly to my ears. When I'm done, I put the cables back into the pocket - keeping just the ear bud parts resting on the O'Ring. When I resume listening, I just pull the ear bud parts and the cable follows. This function keeps the cables from TANGLING! What a plus.

Wow Shoestring! I love it! Is it your design? Great functionality!

Yes, Joanly. This is my design. The ubiquitous Easter Egg vision came to mind when thinking of new items I can sell this summer at shows. I designed the egg shaped tote with zipper to fill a constant request I get to make children's travel bags. Overnight soft luggage, toy storage going to and from Grandma's etc. I feel it will sell well to all ages--securely carrying everything from Kindles to Knitting. I'm keen about zippered containers . . . it only took one quick stomp on the car brakes and seeing my bucket purse contents spill out all over to convert me to zippered containers. However, I'm turning the corner again--now I am interested in pressure snaps, and am working on some cool designs. If they look good and work well, I'll be sure to post those new projects.
