What was your inspiration?
My friend sent me a set of Star Wars sheets to make fitted crib sheets. This is what I did with the left over fabric and pillowcase. And another friend said, "Make a bag that my husband would carry." So I found t his pattern and went with it!
What are you most proud of?
I experimented with interfacing and fabric. I love how the bag stands on its own and retains its shape.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Read the entire pattern and look at the pictures. I prefer it without the zippered changing pad, so I left that out. The final product is wonderful! Can't wait to send it to send it to the dad.
