2/3 yard fleece (you could really use several different kinds of fabric for this pillow) 1/4 yard red and white fabric ( or other alternating fabric) stuffing (batting for fill) 1 package of cording (optional) button (optional) needle and thread
What was your inspiration?
I thought it would be fun to make a striped Patriotic star, although it turned out to look a little more Suess than Sousa!
What are you most proud of?
Piecing the stripes - not and easy feat.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
The free star pillow pattern on the site looks great with this pillow!
