Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: The hearts were carved out of 10" square & 8" round cakes, and covered in ganache. I covered them with fondant using the paneling method from Advance Fondant Techniques. After stacking the hearts, I airbrushed them with a light coat of pearl.
