Mug Rugs/Mini Quilts are fun to create and make wonderful gifts. They are great beginner projects to practice some of your quilting skills. Fast and Easy. Using a small sharp scissor to cut images will give you a precise cut. Using fusible batting helps to keep layers from shifting while quilting.
