What was your inspiration?
My husband's grandmother was born in Ireland. I wanted to make an Irish themed quilt for my two sons that was quick and easy. Unfortunately, only after my daughter-in-law posted a photo of it on facebook did I realize one of the blocks was incorrectly pieced, I can't believe I didn't catch my mistake before finishing the quilt. However, that being said, I am NOT going to take it apart and fix it. On to my next quilt!

Another project finished - YAY!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Just enjoy the whole process of making a quilt. It really is relaxing and very rewarding to see how happy the recipients are when they receive a quilt made by "Mom" or "Nana".
