What was your inspiration?
I was inspired by my involvement in the project Knit-a-Square.com, a charity devoted to providing blankets and warm clothing for children orphaned or made vulnerable by HIV/AIDS in South Africa and Zimbabwe. I wanted to design something to honour the knitters and crocheters from around the world who are members of the charity's forum, the Square Circle.
