Instructions

The wired large daisy's & small daisy's, wired ivy, butterflies, can be made well in advance, so all is ready for cake assemble. Materials

12" rich fruit cake 8" dark chocolate sponge 4" vanilla sponge marzipan, regal icing, white chocolate bars, white choc. cigarillos, petal paste, royal icing sugar. Large & small daisy cutters, ivy cutters & veiners, ribbon cutter, florist wire & tape. 3 feathers. Drinking straws. Pearl spray

What was your inspiration?

The bride wanted white on white cake, and the time of year told me Daisy's

What are you most proud of?

Not breaking the fragile daisy's in transit!!!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Make more daisy's than needed as they are so fragile
You can make the bows in advance but you must make and place the swags on the day of decorating the base cake as they need to be curved around the cake.

I enjoyed making this cake as it was a mixture of mediums....and flavours....
