What was your inspiration?
This woman whose mother passed a couple years ago had a box full of all these vintage fabrics that her mother used to make clothes out of back in the 50's & 60's. Obsessed with anything vintage, the woman asked me if I could use the fabrics and I immediately brought the box home and started cutting and sewing! This first project that made out of this box of fabric was this high wasted pencil skirt. Simple design, and fits me perfectly!
I apologize for this pictures, they are not the best and they wouldn't rotate for me! I also apologize for the little bit of wrinkles on the bottom corner of the skirt, although great fabric to work with, the second your done ironing, unless you hang it up, it wrinkles right away!
What are you most proud of?
The fit! Just like a glove!
