these look like what a lot of women wear here in the Philippines, they are called dusters. They are very fresh in the 90+ temperature and humidity here.

That looks just like maternity tops I work 40, 43 and 44 years ago! Sure wish I could wear something like that again - but not for maternity wear! Looks cool and comfy and simple to make.
