What was your inspiration?
I have been working on this dress for a while and it keeps changing. But when I found this fabric i knew exactly what to do with it.
What are you most proud of?
This is my first creation that is totally me! I have drawn up patterns before, but they were always traces off a dress or skirt i already had. This is totally me, with darts and a side zipper and full lining.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Practice practice practice!! don't cut into your beautiful fabric until you know the pattern is exactly what you want!
